Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2business days.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Time: Shipping takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.
3. Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
4. Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility: We accept returns or exchanges for defective or incorrect items only.
2. Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
3. Timeframe: You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
4. Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened wigs, hair bundles, or extensions.
Custom Orders
1. Processing Time: Custom wigs or hairpieces require 3 days for production not including shipping time.
2. Non-Refundable: Custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Lost or Damaged Packages
1. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been shipped. Please contact the shipping provider for assistance.
